Data Entry of resumes received into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Cleansing of the data in the ATS, Resume formatting, etc. 3. Calling candidates on the phone to check their interest and availability 4. Arranging telephonic appointments / meeting between the candidate and our company 5. Joining in on candidate and client meetings where possible 6. Research on topics related to the recruiting industry during any free time
