As our company is undertaking office operations for many clients in various industries, the candidate can interface with a wide variety of industries who might be the potential employers.
1. Undertaking of outsourcing for the following areas:
– Marketing (Research, Analysis, Strategic Planning, Promotion, Advertisement, etc.)
– Business and Corporate Planning
– Finance, Accounting, General Affairs
– HR (Recruitment, Labour Management, Training, Staff Welfare, Office Administration, etc.)
– Supply Chain Management (Forecasting, Inventory Planning/Management, Import / Export)
2. Consultation and undertaking external director roles for the above areas
3. Business development/launch support in Japan for foreign companies (advisory, proxy of negotiations)
4. Overseas business support for Japanese companies (advisory, proxy of negotiations)
Depending upon the skill set of the candidate, one of the following projects is expected to be supported:
1. Promotion and sales for potential inbound clients who need supports in Japan regarding:
– Establishment of a new entity and/or its operation in Japan
– Improvement of efficiency or outsourcing office operations in one or some field(s)
2. Financial analysis and preparation of reports for overseas clients
3. Development of contract templates for international clients
4. Company webpage improvement and maintenance
5. Office IT administration
6. Workshop for mutual language skills improvement (English <-> Japanese)
