It is located in the Aoyama area, which can be easily accessed from Shibuya, Harajuku, Omotesando, and Roppongi areas. Usually starting around November 15^th to December 1^st, this festival can be enjoyed by going Autumn leave viewing and then going to the area where there are vendors and performances during the festival.
