CRM Data Mining and Data Compliance – Acquiring data from primary and secondary data sources and maintaining databases – Interpreting data, analyzing results and providing ongoing reports – Work with management to prioritize business and information needs – Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Duties: – Cross internal data (Control Panel) with Hubspot CRM for Customer’s Persona and Buyer’s Journey study – Data cleaning – Update Leads Data (customer type, buy info, lifecycle progress) though outbound call – Collect most common questions of each Persona – (Prospect) Follow-up Marketing Campaigns to identify Sales Qualified Leads. Check segmentation and content. – (Retention) Satisfaction survey (Collect reviews after conclude a purchase, or lost enquiries)
