We will further explain the Internship application process together.

After you’ve decided to move forward with us, send us your Application Form and other professional documents. We will workshop them into their best form for your Intern Profile that we prepare for the many host companies from our extensive database of around 300 throughout Japan. We also prepare you for the interviews with our business training lesson!

With the positive feedback of both you and your host company, your placement is officially confirmed! The IIJ Team will commence the search for the perfect accommodation best suiting your needs.

We aim to prepare you thoroughly for your stay in Japan, and that includes our Pre-Japan Orientation via zoom, where we give you the lists of important documents + belongings to bring, as well as cultural Do’s-and-Don’ts that will help you to know upon your arrival.

You are finally here, and the adventure truly begins. Come meet the IIJ Team in-person at our main office in Shibuya (1 station away from Shibuya) and take part in our Post-Arrival Orientation with the many other interns.
