— Orientation and Career Development Workshop Empower International Students for Success in Japan 
Chief Empowerment Officer Cynthia Usui Inspires the Next Generation of Global Talent  —

SEKAIA Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yasuo Sone; hereinafter "SEKAIA"), a global education and human resource development company, has officially launched its Summer 2026 Internship in Japan Program, welcoming the first cohort of international students from universities around the world. 
As students prepare to begin their internships with Japanese host companies, SEKAIA hosted an orientation program together with a career development workshop led by Chief Empowerment Officer Cynthia Usui, equipping participants with the mindset and skills needed to maximize both their professional and personal experiences in Japan.

SEKAIA's Internship in Japan Program is designed to provide far more than workplace experience. By integrating practical training, cross-cultural learning, and professional development, the program prepares students to build meaningful international careers. 
As part of the Summer 2026 kickoff, Cynthia Usui drew upon her own professional journey and extensive experience in global talent development to deliver a career development workshop focused on helping students view their internships as a long-term investment in their future.

Participants responded positively to the workshop, with one student commenting:
